Welcome to Moodra. By downloading, accessing, or using the Moodra mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Moodra is a mindfulness and emotional wellness app designed to help you track moods, practice guided meditations, visualizations, affirmations, and receive AI-powered insights. The App is available as a one-time purchase or subscription service, depending on your plan.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use Moodra. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• Moodra is designed as a privacy-first application.
   
• Your mood entries, journals, and personal data are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us, unless you voluntarily export or share them.
   
• We do not sell your data or include third-party ads.
   
• We may collect non-personal usage analytics (e.g., via Google Analytics) to improve the App’s performance.

• Moodra may offer subscriptions (monthly or annual) to unlock premium features.
   
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
   
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
   
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
   
• All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
   

Moodra is intended for wellness and self-reflection purposes only.

• It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare.
   
• If you have a medical condition, mental health concern, or are pregnant, consult a qualified healthcare provider before practicing certain breathing or meditation techniques.
   
• Stop using the App immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse effects.
   

• All content in the App (text, graphics, animations, audio, logos, and design) is the property of Moodra and/or its licensors.
   
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App without written permission.
   

Moodra grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Moodra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
   
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
   

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App or on our website with the updated date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
